Surveyed and designed in house

As with kitchens, the survey, the design and the installation are handled by ABM throughout. The room is measured on site and the layout drawn against the existing services before anything is ordered.

Extraction is treated as part of the specification rather than an afterthought. Bathrooms are where condensation problems most often start, and a bathroom refitted without adequate ventilation is a damp and mould job waiting to be raised.

Single bathrooms and cyclical programmes

We fit individual bathrooms reactively, and deliver planned cyclical replacement programmes across multi-site stock, scheduled around void turnaround and occupied-property access.
