Remediation follows the survey, not the other way round

Every remediation job starts from the written report, so the scope of works is tied to an identified cause rather than to what is visible on the wall. Treating the growth without correcting the moisture source is what produces repeat visits to the same property.

The team that carries out the works is the team that surveyed the property, so there is no handover between diagnosis and repair, and one contractor stays accountable from survey to sign-off.

Working in occupied homes

Most of this work happens around residents who are living in the property throughout. Works are sequenced and contained to keep rooms usable, and the property is left clean at the end of each day.
